Saving Joan and Flo from the Middle East

Saving Joan and Flo is a race against time. The two kittens were found in the Middle East by U.S. Army Sergeant Leona; starving, scared, and in dire need of someone to help, and the caring soldier couldn't ignore their suffering.

She stepped up to feed the kittens - forming a strong bond, but sadly Joan and Flo are not safe. Stray animals around the army base are routinely taken to be euthanized, and SGT Leona is desperate to get the pair who stole her heart, to safety.

Paws of War is working to get Joan and Flo out of harm's way and to America where they can be reunited with their heroic soldier, and we need your help.

Paws of War's War-Torn Pups & Cats program focuses on reuniting military personnel with the animals they rescue and bond with as they serve overseas. All the pets are rescued at no cost to the military heroes. The program is funded by donations by the community, which helps to cover the costs of getting the pets transported, veterinary care, etc. To learn more about the War Torn Pups & Cats program, visit https://pawsofwar.org/war-torn-pups.
