As Thanksgiving is just a day away, soldiers deployed overseas are hoping they will get a holiday miracle. 6 U.S. Army Soldiers, women, who are mothers, daughters, sisters and friends share a wish to get their cats, who they have bonded with, shared quiet moments with, shared the tears of being away from family with, home to safety, to be their support and companions.
These soldiers are trying to rescued 7 cats, and are pleading to get them home for the holidays where they can be safe and get the love they deserve.
These heroic women live across the United State, rank from Specialist to Major, and come from all walks of life, but they all share a common love of animals and hope to save their cats.
These cats are in constant danger from vehicles, packs of dogs, toxic chemicals and sadly human abuse. If left behind, these soldier's know many of their precious babies will not make it, and it's a thought that haunts them.
